Potomac Eagle

We rode the Potomac Eagle in Romney, West Virginia with some friends. On the way there we ate at Lone Mountain BBQ.

When we got there we got tickets and boarded the train. I didn’t get any pictures of the cars, but one of them was open with a roof over it. We saw 3 or 4 bald eagles and a couple of turkeys. We also saw bald eagle nests. The water in the river was very high. They said it rose 9 feet overnight. It took about 3 hours for the whole ride. At one point they stopped the train because of debris.
